The year is 2000, and it has been three years since the end of the Second Wizarding War. Harry Potter was defeated, having escaped from a portkey made by Hermione. Voldemort is still in control and the ministry and school are now ran by Death Eaters. The Order and Harry are working on their retaliation in secret.
The site is set at the beginning of the school year. All students have just arrived at Hogwarts.
It has been two years since the disappearance of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Since their disappearance, many things have changed in the wizarding world. Muggleborns have been almost entirely run out of the communities and evacuated to various other parts of the world. Now that the times are changing though, other cultures are beginning their own revolutions under Voldemort's wing.
